Booking Your Appointment Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the relevant details. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. If you have specific requirements or would like to discuss your needs beforehand, feel free to reach out – we're happy to assist. Rescheduling and Cancellations We understand that plans change! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. You can cancel or reschedule by contacting us via phone or email (details below). Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee. This policy helps us manage our time effectively and offer availability to others who may be waiting for a consultation. No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without providing notice, the full consultation fee may be charged. We appreciate your understanding. Running Late? If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note your session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time.
